Privacy & Anonymity
Can any individual response be traced back to a person?+
No. Invitations and responses are stored in technically separate structures from the start. Once an assessment closes, the link between access credential and response is permanently deleted. Results are only ever reported in groups of five or more.
What happens if a department has fewer than five responses?+
Segments below five responses are never reported on their own. They're automatically rolled up into the next reporting level, preserving anonymity even in small teams.
Is Klarwerk Insights compliant with data protection regulations?+
Yes. Infrastructure and process are built to meet enterprise data protection standards, including GDPR-aligned architecture for organizations with EU-based employees. See the Methodology page for the technical detail.
Who inside our organization can see the results?+
Only the leadership contacts you designate get dashboard access — typically the executive team or board sponsor. No individual response is visible to anyone, including Klarwerk.
Process & Assessment
How long does the assessment take for participants?+
The Company Radar covers 8 dimensions with a small number of questions each. Most participants complete it in 10 to 12 minutes.
How do participants receive their invitation?+
Once your participant list is confirmed, the platform sends personalized, anonymized invitation emails with a single-use access link automatically.
How quickly is the intelligence brief ready?+
Within 48 hours of the assessment window closing — the dashboard and PDF brief are both generated automatically, provided the minimum response threshold is met.
Can we run this repeatedly to track movement over time?+
Yes. From the Advanced plan up, the dashboard shows trend lines across assessment cycles, so shifts in any dimension are visible over time, not just as a single snapshot.
Dashboard & Reporting
What exactly is in the PDF brief?+
The brief includes results across all 8 dimensions, benchmark comparisons, notable movement since the last cycle, and — depending on plan — department-level breakdowns and prioritized recommendations.
Can we compare our results against other organizations?+
Yes. Every dimension is benchmarked against an anonymized aggregate of organizations of comparable size and industry.
Is the dashboard usable on mobile?+
The dashboard is fully responsive on tablet and phone, though it's built primarily for desktop review at the leadership level.
Contracts & Billing
Is this a subscription, or do we pay per assessment?+
By default, you pay per assessment cycle. Organizations with recurring needs can arrange quarterly or annual cycle packages on request.
What payment methods are supported?+
Payments are processed securely through Stripe via credit card or ACH. Invoices are issued automatically once payment is confirmed.
