1. Scope

These Terms of Service govern all agreements between Klarwerk Insights and customer organizations using the platform.

2. Scope of Service

Klarwerk Insights provides a platform for anonymized organizational assessment (Company Radar), including an executive dashboard and PDF intelligence brief.

3. Fees

Fees are based on the plan selected at the time of purchase, as described on the Pricing page. Payment is collected in advance via Stripe.

4. Anonymity

Klarwerk Insights guarantees that individual responses cannot be technically traced back to participating employees. Full detail is provided on the Methodology page.

5. Term and Cancellation

Unless otherwise agreed, each purchase covers a single assessment cycle with no automatic renewal.
