1. Who We Are
This Privacy Policy describes how Klarwerk Insights collects, uses, and protects information in connection with the Company Radar platform. Complete this section with your registered business entity and contact details before launch.
2. How Company Radar Data Is Handled
Responses submitted through Company Radar are processed anonymously. The link between an invitation and its response is permanently deleted once an assessment closes. Re-identification of an individual respondent is not technically possible. Full detail is available on the Methodology page.
3. Data Processing Agreements
Klarwerk Insights enters into a data processing agreement with each customer organization. Infrastructure is operated to enterprise-grade security standards.
4. Payment Processing
Payments are handled by Stripe, Inc. Stripe's own privacy practices govern the payment data it processes on our behalf.
5. Your Rights
